It's your call. If you want to delete your account, we'll take care of it — and the door stays open for whenever you want to run campaigns with Infleux again.
How to request deletion
For your security, deletion doesn't happen at the tap of a button: it has to come from you. We confirm your identity through your registered email before erasing anything, so nobody can close your account on your behalf.
1. Email us from your registered address
Write to hello@infleux.co from the same email you use to sign in to the app, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. We confirm it's really you
Our team reviews the request. If we need anything else to be sure, we'll reply in that same email thread.
3. You get a confirmation
As soon as the account is deleted, we let you know by email. Until that arrives, your request is still in progress.
